Atera Cloud Ticket

A ticket has been opened with the software publisher who currently describes the issue as “Degraded Performance;” however, the site is not functional for remote management or device management (which are two primary features). We have also posted a response to their @Ateracloud twitter feed that the application is non-functional as-is. Describing the issue as “slowness” masks the critical nature of this incident. The Atera system is not functional as of the date/time of this post. See updates at status.atera.com
